FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy addresses psychological and emotional health — your inner world, your patterns, your healing process. That work is real and many of our participants do it alongside this program. The Structure Institute addresses something different: the practical architecture of daily life. The calendar. The finances. The household. The systems that divorce dismantled. Both kinds of work matter. They address different things.

Is this a support group?

No. Support groups provide community and shared experience, which has genuine value. Divorce Reset is a structured curriculum with defined content, clear deliverables, and a trained facilitator. There is an arc. There is a finish line. You move through it and you produce something at the end. That’s a program, not a circle.

Do I have to share personal details with the group?

The group format is intentional — there’s something specific and useful about rebuilding alongside people at the same stage. But participation is structured, not open-ended disclosure. Sessions are organised around content and practical work, not personal sharing. You won’t be asked to reveal anything you’re not comfortable with.

What if I’m also in therapy?

That’s common and it works well. Therapy and this program address different things and don’t interfere with each other. Many participants find they complement each other directly — the emotional processing happening in one place, the practical rebuild happening here.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

Joining the waitlist requires no commitment. It means you’ll hear first when enrollment opens and you can decide then. The program is designed for people in the messy middle — not people who have everything figured out. If you’re functional but flailing, the timing is probably right.

What does it cost?

Pricing for the pilot cohort will be announced when enrollment opens. Pilot participants receive a reduced rate. Join the waitlist to be first to know.

When does the pilot cohort start?

The pilot cohort launches in [season/year]. Exact dates will be shared with the waitlist first.

I’m going through a different kind of transition, not divorce. Is there anything for me?

The Structure Institute is designed as a platform. Divorce Reset is the first program. The methodology applies to other major life transitions — job loss, loss of a spouse, serious illness, major relocation — and future programs are planned. If you’re facing something other than divorce and you’d like to know when relevant programs launch, join the waitlist and let us know in the optional field.
