Divorce Reset
A structured, curriculum-based group program for people rebuilding their practical life after separation.
This is not a place to process your feelings about your divorce.
This is a place to rebuild the systems your marriage organised — and that your divorce dismantled. If you’re somewhere in the messy middle — past the acute crisis, managing the days, but operating without a real foundation — this is where the practical rebuild begins.
What the program addresses
Divorce Reset moves through the core domains of practical life that separation disrupts — the financial, the logistical, the structural, the social, and the forward-looking.
Each domain gets dedicated attention. Each session produces something concrete. By the end of the program, you will have worked through the full landscape of what changed and built a functioning framework for what comes next.
The specific curriculum is shared with enrolled participants.
The format
Divorce Reset curriculum, delivered virtually, in an interactive cohort setting.
Standard 12 weeks. One session per week.
Twelve weeks of structured content covering the eight life systems divorce disrupts — with a group of people working through the same rebuild at the same time. The Divorce Reset digital journal included.
Intensive 4 weeks. Two sessions per week.
Full curriculum in a more compressed pace. A fundamentally different experience. Small group of 8 (maximum) with 2 personal facilitator sessions and the Divorce Reset print journal included.
Both tiers run the same curriculum. The smaller group size in Intensive changes the feel — more facilitator attention, more calibration, and more support built into the experience.
The pilot cohort is launching soon. Join the waitlist to be first to know when enrollment opens and which tiers are available.
What you’ll walk away with
By the end of Divorce Reset, you will have produced:
- A mapped financial picture
- A functioning household system
- A rebuilt weekly schedule
- A support network map
- A 90-day forward plan
These are not metaphors. They are documents you made. That is the point.
A note on the pilot cohort
Divorce Reset is launching its pilot cohort in 2026. Pilot participants receive a reduced rate and early access to a program that, as far as we can tell, doesn’t exist anywhere else in quite this form.
If you’ve been looking for something like this and couldn’t find it — you found it.

Waitlist members are first to know when enrollment opens, first to receive pricing, and first to secure a spot.
