When a marriage ends, so does the structure that organized your life.

The Structure Institute exists to help you rebuild it.

Not through therapy. Not through coaching. Not through a support group. Through a structured framework designed specifically for the practical work of transition.

This is different from what you’ve already tried.

Not therapy — Therapy addresses the inner world — your feelings, your patterns, your healing. That work matters. This work is different. The Structure Institute addresses the outer world: the calendar, the finances, the household, the routines that divorce dismantled.

Not coaching — Coaching is oriented toward goals. This is oriented toward foundation. Before you can build toward something, you need a stable structure to build from. That’s what we address.

Not a support group — Support groups hold space for shared experience. The Structure Institute runs structured curriculum. There’s a defined arc, clear deliverables, and a trained facilitator. It’s a program — with a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Divorce Reset

Our founding program. A structured, curriculum-based group experience for people in the practical rebuild after separation.

If you’re functional but flailing — managing the days but not yet operating from a real foundation — this is where you start.

Built on a simple premise.

Major life transitions are, at their root, structural disruptions. The systems that organised your life — financial, logistical, social, temporal — were built around a structure that no longer exists. Rebuilding isn’t just emotional work. It’s architectural work. The Structure Institute was designed to address that work directly.
