About the Structure Institute
Why this exists
The resources available to people going through divorce are almost entirely oriented toward two things: the legal process and the emotional experience.
Both of those matter. Neither of them addresses what also happens when a marriage ends — the collapse of the practical systems that organised daily life.
The Structure Institute was built on the premise that this gap is real, that it causes genuine harm, and that it responds to a structured, practical approach. The methodology exists because the problem exists. The program exists because the methodology works.
What we are
The Structure Institute is a curriculum-based group facilitation platform for major life transitions.
We are not a therapy practice. We are not a coaching service. We are not a community or a support network. We are a structured program — with content, a framework, trained facilitators, and a defined arc from disruption to stability.
Divorce Reset is our founding program and our proof of concept. The methodology is designed to travel — to other transitions, other contexts, other populations that face the same structural disruption and have the same absence of practical resources.
What we believe
Transition is, at its root, a structural problem. The systems that organised a life were built around a structure that no longer exists. Rebuilding requires more than time and more than emotional support — it requires a framework, applied deliberately, to the actual domains of practical life.
People in transition are not broken. They are operating without the architecture that made daily life functional. Give them the framework and most of them can build.
That is what we do.
