Who It’s For

Who Divorce Reset is for

And who it isn’t — because that matters too.

The right fit

You’re probably somewhere between three months and two years out from separation.

The acute crisis has passed. You’re not in pieces — you’re in motion. You’re managing work, managing the kids if you have them, managing the logistics of a life that got reorganised against your will. From the outside, you look fine.

From the inside, nothing feels organised.

You’re making decisions without a framework. You’re rebuilding without a blueprint. You know things need to be different but you don’t have a clear picture of what “different” actually looks like in practice — the finances, the schedule, the household, the future.

You’ve probably done some emotional processing — therapy, conversation, time. That work is real and it mattered. But you’ve noticed that processing what happened is different from figuring out what to do with the life you now have.

You respond well to structure. Given a clear framework and a defined path, you can execute. What you don’t have right now is the framework.

That’s what this program provides.

Who this is not for

Divorce Reset is a structured program, not a crisis intervention and not a clinical service. It is not the right fit for everyone, and we’d rather be honest about that.

This program is not right for you if:

  • You are in acute crisis and need immediate clinical or mental health support
  • You are primarily looking for emotional community and shared experience — a place to feel less alone rather than a place to build
  • You are not yet ready to engage practically with your new life — the timing genuinely isn’t right
  • You are looking for one-on-one coaching or therapeutic support

If any of those describe where you are right now, that’s not a judgment. It’s just information. The waitlist will be here when the timing is right.
